We confirm that the ID, name, and photo provided by a helper match and that the documents appear valid, authentic, and unexpired.
2.2:No Employment Verification
We do not verify employment history, professional experience, or educational qualifications.
2.3:No Background Screening
We do not conduct criminal background checks, credit history checks, or reference calls.
2.4:No Skills Assessment
We do not test, assess, or validate helper skills, qualifications, or capabilities.

3. Household Responsibilities

3.1:Additional Due Diligence
Households are solely responsible for conducting additional screening, checks, or interviews.
3.2:Legal Compliance
Households must ensure hiring practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
3.3:Internal Policies
Households must apply their own internal policies, including background and reference checks where required.
3.4:Final Hiring Decision
All hiring decisions and associated risks rest solely with the Household, as the employer.

4. Liability Disclaimer

4.1:No Warranty
Domesta provides ID verification "as is" and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
4.2:Limitation of Liability
Domesta disclaims liability for hiring decisions, helper performance, or workplace outcomes that arise after using our verification services.
4.3:Third-Party Services
If third-party identity verification services are used, Domesta cannot guarantee their performance and disclaims liability for their errors or omissions.
